If this is your first appointment, please try to arrive ten minutes early to fill out your paperwork. For regular clients, arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we have a few minutes to check-in before your actual treatment begins.

Upon booking an appointment, you should receive an email and/or text appointment reminder. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 48 hours preceding your appointment by canceling your appointment via Square Appointments, or calling my office at 828-771-6046. You can also send me an email at [email protected].

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled services. 

I realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes avoidable, however, advance notification allows me to fulfill other client’s scheduling needs and keeps me operating at my most efficient level.

If prior to your appointment, you have tested positive for COVID-19, or are experiencing any symptoms that may be contagious, please let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll cancel your appointment with no charge.  This also applies to any health or family emergency.  Each cancellation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
