Cancellation Policy

If this is your first appointment, please try to arrive ten minutes early to fill out your paperwork.  For returning clients, try to arrive five minutes before your scheduled session for a quick check-in.

After booking an appointment, you should receive an email and text confirmation.  If you do not receive a confirmation, check with me to see if it went through via [email protected]. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment date.  You can do this via Square Appointments or by calling me directly at 971.325.5915.  

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.  If you do not call to cancel your appointment or become a no-show, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. 

I realize that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes avoidable, however, advance notification allows me to fulfill other client’s scheduling needs and keeps me operating at my most efficient level.

If prior to your appointment, you have tested positive for COVID-19, or are experiencing any symptoms that may be contagious, please let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll cancel your appointment with no charge.  This also applies to any health or family emergency.  Each cancellation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
